Message: PLEASE address the prospect of underground parking being a possibility to alleviate
parking issues @ olive/black and then other downtown developments too. I have never heard you
talk of this. Also, please suggest the developer of this apt. blndg,Olive/Black could pay fair
market price or higher for homes adjacent to make into parking space. Would need to be at or
above what the home(s) would sell for on the market. Thanks! And thanks for all your time and
