Message: As the owner of residential rental property in the city of Bozeman, I am writing to express my
concern over the parking situation at the Black and Olive site. According to an article in the Bozeman
Chronicle listing proposed rental charges for the units, there would also be an additional charge for
parking onsite. If this is indeed the case, even more renters will use street parking to avoid additional
charges! In the 35+ years that I have owned rental property in Bozeman, I have never had one renter
who did not come with a car. In my opinion, the Black/Olive developer should be required to provide
MORE parking and provide designated parking for each apartment. Thank you, Debby Wheat
