Message: Dear Mayor and Commissioners, I am writing to voice my concern over the parking of the
proposed Black and Olive five story building. 37 spots does not cover the building of 56 apts + business.
Some Tenants probably will not pay $75-$100 per month to park in the building and go to the street.
The car share idea is unrealistic. I just walked the property and surrounding area. With the Blackmore
and homes there is no room today looking two blocks in all directions. How will 30 to 56 more cars fit???
I like the project but the parking is inadequate and will cause lots of problems. Please require more
parking. Thank You.
