The proposed car sharing agreements lack any direct contractual connection to any of the
developmentās fifty-six units. It is entirely possible that none of the residents will be members
of the car share program, resulting in only thirty- three on site spaces for use by fifty-six
apartment units. Reducing the current Black Olive proposal to four floors with forty-two units
would allow the project to meet the minimum parking requirement and help reduce its
oppressive mass.
Thank you for your consideration
