Phone Number: (406) 586-5205 Message: I live on the North side of town but would like to express my opposition to Black Olive
project. This building is inappropriate for a residential neighborhood. First off the design is
hideous It is too big and too tall and will be made as cheaply as possible so that's the developer
will gain the most profit. It will stand years as a testament to a decision poorly made. This building will be your legacy. I do support well thought out and well planned growth. Bozeman deserves growth that benefits all . One last comment. Their claim that increasing density will
decrease the needs for cars is most absurd. This does work in large urban areas where infracture
is in place and there is no need to leave the neighbor hood. However this is the west and car
country. I know many young people who live in Bozeman and they all live to ski and hike and get out in the great outdoors when they can. So people will be urbering it to camp and hike. How utterly ridiculous.
