The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, City Hall
Building, Wednesday afternoon, June 22, 1955 at 1:00 o'clock P. M. Present were Mayor Lowe,
Commissioner Erwin, Commissioner Swanson. City Manager Henderson, City Attorney Lovelace and the
Clerk, when the following proceedings were had:
Minutes of the last session were read, and it was moved by Commissioner Swanson. seconded by I
Commissioner Erwin, that the minutes be approved as read, and the motion was carried by the follow-
ing Aye end No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Erwin, Commissioner Swanson;
those voting No, none.
Application for Beer & Liquor License - Country Club
The applications of the Elks Country Club for a city beer and a city liquor license were
presented. It was moved by Commissioner Erwin. seoonded by Commissioner Swanson, that the applica-
tions be approved and the licenses issued, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No
vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Erwin, Commissioner Swanson; those voting No.
none.
Reports
The City Manager reported on the annual meeting of the Montana Municipal League Meeting held
in Miles City.
The report of the State Board of Health of the inspection of the Sewage Treatment was presented
and reviewed.
The minutes of the meeting, of the local Board of Health were presented for the inforrration of the
City Commission. I
Payment in FUll on Spieth Parking Lot
The amount of unpaid principal on the parking lots being purchased by the City of Bozeman was
presented for information of the Commission. After consideration, it was decided tha t the unpaid
principal on the lots being purchased from Spieth could be paid in full at the next payment date.
Street Program
The City Manager reviewed plans for the maintenance of city streets which is programmed for the
summer.
Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was moved by
Commissioner Erwin, seconded by Commissioner Swanson, that the meeting adjourn and the motion was
carried by the following ~e and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Lowe, Commissioner Erwin,
Commissioner Swanson; those voting No. none.
