RESOLUTION NO. 4787
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, ADOPTING REPLACEMENT OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT 4
ADOPTED AMENDMENTS,ANNEXATIONS,AND CORRECTIONS.
WHEREAS,the City of Bozeman adopted an official zone map as part of Ordinance 1604 u
in 2003; and

WHEREAS Section 38.07.030 provides for the replacement of the official map when it

may become damaged, destroyed, lost or difficult to interpret because of the nature or number of

changes or additions thereto;and
WHEREAS, the City has approved 129 amendments to the map, 79 annexations, and
updated the map of land parcel boundaries which serves as the primary basis for the zone map; and 5
WHEREAS, it is appropriate for the City Commission to authorize the Mayor's
certification of a new zone map by resolution to provide for a clear record of the action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana,that:
Section I
That it is hereby declared that, pursuant to 38.07.030, BMC that a new official zone map,
Exhibit A, be certified by the Mayor's signature and that all previous official zone maps be
superseded.

Section 2
The effective date of new official zone map is March 28,2017.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,Montana,
at a regular session thereof held on the 27th day of March,2017.
