This request is based on design changes and owner additions which are detailed on attached exhibits. This amendment is a request for an addition $31,489.82 for a new GMP of $335,250.89. This request Includes using $12,600 of the contingency budget established in amendment #1. Please note that applying a portion of the available contingency is outside its intended use in this case, (see section 2.2.4) but this portion of the project nearly complete. There remains $10,000 in contingency for potential future items. Please reference the attached exhibit for additional clarifications and cost breakdown for the additional Items.
