Dear Mayor Taylor:
The City of Bozeman's request for a 1 year extension on the above referenced contract
was recently reviewed by the Department's Grant and Loan Review Committee.
Based on the submitted information, the Committee approved the following extension:
• The number of jobs to be created increased from 12 to 20 jobs,
• The amount of the award be increased from $60,000.00 to $100,00.00 for the
additional jobs to be created,
• The contract period is from May 23, 2106 to May 23, 2018.
A contract amendment will be routed to you through DocuSign.
