2235 Tschache Lane. A Site Plan application to allow the development of 216 Unit
Apartment Complex, consisting of 4 buildings, open space and parkland dedication
provided.
B. 17114 Clow Garage ADU Conditional Use Permit (Garber)
721 S. Grand Ave. Conditional Use Permit and Certificate of Appropriateness for the
demolition and reconstruction of the detached garage with an accessory dwelling unit (ADU)
in the R-1 zoning district.
C. 17115 McChesney Work-Live Site Plan (WerBell)
623 Nikles Drive. Site Plan application proposing the construction of four commercial
buildings hosting warehouse and office uses on the ground floor with accessory apartments
on the second floor. The property is zoned B-2 and the application includes a cash in-lieu of
parkland request.
D. 17117 Hoover Way Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat (Jadin)
Major Subdivision proposed for a 2.72-acre parcel located approximately 0.2 miles
northwest of the intersection of N. 27th Avenue and Baxter Lane. Proposal includes 27
affordable housing lots, 25 townhouse lots and 2 residential single household lots.
E. 17120 Hoover Way Major Subdivision Variance (Jadin)
The HRDC is requesting a variance from Section 38.24.060.B.4‐ Level of service standards
related to the Baxter-Davis intersection.
F. 17054 223 E. Main Mixed Use Site Plan (Jadin) Revisions
223 East Main Street. A proposed mixed-use building with retail commercial space and one
apartment.
