individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Committee. There will also be
an opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please
limit your comments to three minutes.

a) Westlake Park Conceptual Master Plan - Motion and Vote -- Recommended Motion: Having considered all public input and information received
to date, I hereby move to recommend that the conceptual park master plan for Westlake
Park as presented by staff be utilized as the basis for further design development and
funding options, and for future submittals as required by applicable city codes and policies.
b) East Gallatin Recreation Area Conceptual Master Plan – Motion and Vote (Includes
attachment)
-- Recommended Motion: Having considered all public input and information received
to date, I hereby recommend that the conceptual park master plan for East Gallatin
Recreation Area as presented by staff be utilized as the basis for further design
development and funding options, and for future submittals as required by applicable city
codes and policies.
