SUBJECT: Right of Way Acquisition Project - Task Order Number 11.
MEETING DATE: April 10th, 2017

RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the acting City Manager to sign Task Order
Number 11.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the partially executed Task Order Number 11 with Dowl for the Right of Way Acquisition Project for parcels on Baxter Lane between 7th and 19th.
The design of the improvements project for Baxter Lane between 7th and 19th is nearing
completion. There are 5 parcels along the corridor that will require additional right of way and/or easements in order to complete the improvements. The City has a term contract with Dowl for right of way acquisition services. This task order will add the right of way acquisition
for the parcels along the Baxter corridor to the existing contract.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission
FISCAL EFFECTS: The proposed fee for this scope of work is paid on a time and materials basis with a total cost not to exceed amount of $37,830.00.
