Message: I am against the Black-Olive building. It is ugly and parking is lacking. More than one
space per resident is needed, to allow for visitors. Also the retail space needs parking. I see it
only adding to congestion. The Broadway-Wallace street building is not so bad; it's out of the
way. The Village Downtown development at least looks nice. Aesthetics is an important value.
