I am a concerned citizen of Bozeman, and have lived here for the past 25 years. I
rented office space in the building that may be replaced, and realize the
neighborhood is full as it stands. The building that is being purposed there sounds
oversized and will put undue strain on the parking which is a challenge in down town
Bozeman. Please consider that realistically most people here do have a car in
winter, bicycles are not useable year round.
