Message: I wrote yesterday, but following up after last night's presentation. I understand 12 bike
spaces more than satisfy the requirement, but, really? There will be about 80 residents, some in
small spaces. I'd estimate 50 bikes for 80 people. Many people own at least 2 (town, road,
mountain).
