large city can be very challenging and frustrating. Please don't make Bozeman like these large
cities by allowing the Black/Olve application to be passed as it currently stands. 37 parking
spaces is not enough for 56 units period. I can understand the forward thinking idea of having
shared cars for our future but let's not assume that Bozeman can handle this deficient of parking
spaces before we know it (shared cars concept) works. Why not allow possibly 10% less than the
number of units (50 spaces for 56units) and then observe if this concept really
works. Otherwise, you are opening the door for additional applications like the Black/Olive one
and we will end up like other large cities that don't have enough parking for the residents that
live there.
