Subject: Save historic downtown
Save historic district. Build high density on North Seventh with adequate parking. Create a
neighborhood of city-dwellers linked by bus to downtown. Home-Base development would
have better views, and lower rent apartments. A win-win for all.
High density downtown is simply not sustainable. VOTE NO ON HOLLORAN PROJECT.
