properties I have invested in. When I do build or renovate, I'd like the rules that have been set by
the City/citizens to be clear and predictable during the process. If we as a community want to
change what governs us now, we can and should, but we would be ill-advised to shut down or impose radical redesigns for projects that are following to the letter the guidelines and regulations currently in place.
