Message: As a resident of Bozeman for 48 years I have learned to accept change and growth in
our city. HOWEVER-every kind of change is not necessarily good for our community. The
Black and Olive proposal is wrong on so many levels that I don't have the time and space to
cover all those reasons. Let me say this though-it is the kind of development that ruins existing
neighborhoods and creates parking and traffic problems in addition to a whole other set of social
ills. It is based on unproven theories of social engineering and really only benefits the developers
and builders. Build this baby down by Cooper Park and see how it goes over, eh? Zoning?
Change it! Don't blow it for the rest of us, please. Long time person, Larry Barnard
