Thank you to the Design Review Board for rejecting the Black-Olive project in its current form. I am writing to voice my
continue concern over the size of the project, lack of adequate parking and sensitivity to the surrounding neighborhood. I
am in agreement with wanting well-planned and reasonable growth. With infill that takes into account neighborhood
character and transition. I have been in Bozeman since 1983 and seeing all the tall buildings going up downtown feels like
we are losing the character of old Bozeman. The tall buildings on Mendenhall have now blocked off the open views of the
Bridgers and it feels very closed in. Please consider the precedent this project sets for historic Bozeman and take into
account neighborhoods as clearly stated in the city's codes, plans and design guidelines.
