RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, on an Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure Payment of Deferred
Development Impact Fees was entered into in association with Building Permit 16-23310 and,
WHEREAS, Grantor has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien encumbering certain
parcels under said Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantee hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien
in the real property described as: Address of 3347 Blackbird Drive and legally described as Lot
12, Block 20, Cattail Creek Subdivision Phase 3.
