Message: I believe that the SOBO lofts have been approved. This is not in my neighborhood, but
I know that I would not want this building going up next-door to me. Its scale is not appropriate
for the neighborhood, and it will add to the neighborhood parking woes. I would venture to say
that none of you would want this going up next-door, either. If it's wrong for you, and wrong for
me, and wrong for the poor people in that neighborhood, then how can it be right for Bozeman?
Density is great in theory, not so great when a four story building goes up a few houses down.
