I would like to voice my continued opposition to the Taproom and the expansion to a full
beverage license.
The fact that we even need to argue against this is disheartening to say the least in many aspects .
1. There is guidance and ordnances already on the books that should have prevented this from
ever opening up this close to an elementary school in the first place.
2. Montana has either the worst or 2nd worst record for enforcing drunk driving laws in the nation
and concentrating potentially drunk drivers during schools hours just feet away from the little
ones is beyond a foolish idea.
3. Optics of having open air drinking and smoking in full view of children is also irresponsible of the
elected official’s and ownership of the Taproom.
