I SPECIAL MEETING
Bozeman, Montana
July 1, 1960
The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in Special Session in
the Commission Room, City Hall Building, Friday, July 1, 1960 at 7:00
o'clock p.m. Present were Mayor Swanson, Commissioner Staudaher, Commis-
s ioner Sedi vy, City Manager Cutting, Ass't. City Manager Fryslie, Director
of Finance Shadoan and the Clerk.
Annual Budget
The stated purpose of the meeting was to consider the annual
budget for the fiscal year 1960-1961. The entire meeting was ta ken up
- on a review and general discussion of the matter.
Ad j ou rnmen t
The being no further business to come before the Commission at this
time, it was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner
I Staudaher, that the meeting adjourn. The motion was carried by the follow-
ing Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Swanson, Connnissioner
Sedivy and Commissioner Staudaherj those voting No, none. The meeting
was then adjourned at 10:00 o'clock p.m.
