with the size or style of the current neighborhood.
The impact will be huge interns of parking.
It will adversely affect the quality of life of the neighbors, all for the benefit of the developer.
I favor a more conservative, scaled-down, feathered building with adequate parking.
One that will fit in with the neighborhood character.
