RE: BLACK-OLIVE PROJECT
March 20, 2017
Dear City Commission:
As a taxpayer and voting resident of Bozeman, I request that you all remember your
directives as elected officials and DO YOUR JOB.
37 parking spaces for 56 units and 70+ bedrooms (i.e. residents) is frankly a joke. It is a
ludicrous and an absurd argument to state that some or most of these residents will bike or walk
and not own cars. That is grossly naïve and foolish idealism.
Accept and adopt the opinions of the Design Review Board, and its unanimous rejection
of the Black-Olive project at its March 8, 2017 meeting. Accept and adopt the opinions of the
residents and community members of Bozeman, your constituents and your bosses, who
overwhelmingly oppose this project. DO YOUR JOB and invoke and uphold the will of the
people of Bozeman who do not approve of this project. DO YOUR JOB and represent the
taxpayers who voted you into office.
DO YOUR JOB on April 3, 2017 and reject the Black-Olive project.
Sincerely,
Matthew Sack
