Dear City Commission,
I am very pleased that so far the Black Olive project has been viewed as to large and looming over it's
neighborhood, not in keeping with any architectural history of the downtown and most of all a huge hazard to the
driving and parking on Olive and Black streets. I urge you to vote this project down unless he reduces his number
of units so that is no higher than the adjacent apartment building ( maybe 30 units)and that the project manager,
Andy Halloran be required to provide a minimum of one parking space for every unit.
We have to make sure the proper guidelines, setbacks and parking requirements make sense for the neighborhoods
where these developments are proposed. Do NOT rubber stamp this project- PLEASE!! We need to fight to save the
Bozeman we know and love, while allowing more infill done in a responsible manner.
