Two story mixed use building with proposed office uses on the second floor and a grocery use on the ground floor. C. 17037 UPS Facilities Expansion Site Plan (WerBell) 95 Simmental Way. Site Plan application proposing the expansion and alteration of an existing warehousing and truck terminal facility on a 4.106-acre lot with related site improvements. The site is located within an entryway corridor. D. 17090 Professional Drive Apartments Site Plan (WerBell) 766 & 776 Professional Drive. Site Plan application proposing the construction of two 12- unit residential apartment buildings on a 0.96-acre lot with related site improvements. E. 17091 Billion CUP Informal (Owens) 1, 3, and 5 Auto Plaza Drive. Proposal to relinquish the Billion Auto Plaza PUD and amend the subdivision in conjunction with a CUP for existing auto-related uses. The purpose is to increase the property’s consistency with B-2 zoning and the community growth plan in advance of completing site development. The site is located within an entryway corridor.
