Storm Sewer Outlet North Ninth Aveneu
For continued consideration of the request of Mr. H. A. Bolinger, Jr. for City
participation in some solution of the drainage problem, an engineering study and
cost estimates of a storm drainage system for the general area of the Durston Sub-
division, prepared at the direction of the Commission, was presented by Wayne Dean,
Project Engineer representing Harold Hoskin's & Associates, Engineering Consultants.
These cost estimates, on file in the office of the City Engineer, provide a cost
comparison between a drainage system continuing the large diameter trunk line on
Ninth Avenue from Special Improvement District No. 409, and a drainage system for
the same area without connecting with that trunk line. Action on this matter was
again deferred to provide Mr. Bolinger an opportunity to review this engineering

agreements would in any way affect assessments in this area.
