The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in special session in the Commission Room, City Hall
Building, Monday, October 26, 1959 at 3:00 o'clock P. M., pursuant to the call of Mayor Erwin given
by personal notice at the regular meeting of the Commission held October 21, 1959. Present were
Mayor Erwin, Commissioner Swanson, Commissioner Berg, City Manager Henderson, City Attorney Lovelace
and the Clerk. Also pres.ent wa. s Laurence Gerckens who has been employed by the City of Bozeman on I
a part time basis as a planning consultant.
Consideration of Proposed New Zoning Ordinance ,
The stated purpose of the meeting was for further consideration of a propm3ed new Zoning
Ordinance for the City. The entire meeting was taken up further discussing the matter.
Adjournment
It was moved by Commissioner Swanson, seconded by Commissioner Berg, that the meeting adjourn
and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Erwin,
Commissioner Swanson and Commissioner Berg; those voting No, none, and the meeting adjourned at
6:00 o'clock P. M.
