B. 17082 Parklands at Village Downtown Major Subdivision Pre- application(Jadin/Rogers) The property is located southeast of the terminus of Village Downtown Boulevard. The major subdivision pre-application proposes to create eight (8) lots for residential use and Lot R for parks, trails and/or future development. The project is a total area of 11.84 acres and is zoned R-4 (residential high density district).
