The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in special session in the
Cornm:ission Room, Ci ty Hall Building, Monday, November 9, 1959 at 3 :Ou 0' clocl{ I
P.M., pursuant to the call of Mayor Erwin given by personal notice at the regular "
meeting of the Commiss1.on held November 4th, 1959. Pr080nt were Mayor Erwin,
Cornmis s ioner Swanson, Com.'11is s ioner Berg, Ci ty !I~anH0er Henderson, C1 t Y At..l,;Url,ey
Lovelace and the Clerk. Also, present was Laurence Gerckens who has been
employed by the City of Bozeman on G part-time basis as a planning consultant.
The sta ted purpose of the meetit1f_ ,vas to f~]rth8r discuss the proposed new
zoning or(linance of the City, and the meeting was consumed regarding the matter.

It was moved by Commissioner Swanson, seconded by ComMissioner Berg, tha t
the meeting adjourn and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote:
those votin? Aye being Mayor Erwin, Com~issioner Swanson and Commissioner Berg;
those voting No, none, and the meeting adjourned at 5:00 o'clock P.M.
