times (probably often because of proximity to the Barmuda triangle.
Although I realize we want to encourage carless living, or sharing a car between several people,
we also have laws that limit parking in one space to 48 hours (I may be off on the number), so
what are people to do then, bike home, and then drive in circles in their car to move it to
another spot?
I also think that 5 stories right next to a residential neighborhood, where most houses are 1 or 2
stories, is just too high! Three stories would be a better fit!
