compatible--
The City of Bozeman Codes, Planning Documents and Design Guidelines
were CREATED to WORK IN TANDEM WITH ONE ANOTHER when it comes
to reviewing, making good decisions regarding the validity of proposed
development projects. If this was not the intention then why did the City of
Bozeman spend thousands of $'s, staff time and Citizen time creating them?
HERE'S A SUMMARY ASSESSMENT

ALL THE PLACES in the Code, Plans and Design Guidelines stress the
importance of NEIGHBORHOOD CONTEXT, COMPATIBILITY CHARACTER
& TRANSITION --all are emphasized.
These documents ALL MAKE REFERENCES to the importance of
considering NEIGHBORHOODs in making these decisions. Balanced
decisions- with multiple inputs (not just following one piece of code or the
input of the Downtown Bozeman Partnership or SWMBIA pushing for extreme
infill).
