June 19, 1959
The commission of the City of Bozeman met in special session pursuant to call of the Mayo~in
the Commission Room, City Hall Building, Friday, June 19, 1959, at 8:00 o'clock A. M. Present were
Mayor Erwin, Commissioner Swanson, Commissioner Berg, City Manager Henderson and the Clerk. The
following proceedings were had:
I The Mayor stated that the purpose of this meeting was to hold a conference with S. R. DeBoer,
representing S. R. DeBoer & Company, Planning Consultants, on matters pertaining to the implementa-
tion of a Master Plan for this City, with particular reference to revised zoning regulations which
have been proposed for Bozeman by Mr. DeBoer.
The proposed revised zoning ordinance was reviewed in detail and numerous recommendations
were. made for changes in it. Mr. DeBoer was requested to present a new draft of an ordinance to
include such changes.
Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was moved by
commissioner Swanson, seconded by Commissioner Berg, that the meeting adjourn and the motion was
carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Erwin, Commissioner Swanson
and Commissioner Berg; those voting No, none.
