A. 16534 SOBO Lofts Site Plan (Rice) Revisions
718 West Babcock Street. The return of a site plan application for a mixed-use apartment
housing, parking, and commercial space in the Midtown District. The project includes 42
one-bedroom apartments and 3,000 SF of commercial space. This project has gone through
DRB, RPAB, and City Commission for design review and parkland dedication.
B. 17067 Costco Catamount Parcel Annexation and Zoning (Rice)
5889 E Valley Center Dr. This application proposes annexation with initial zoning of B-2
Commercial for 4.68 acres for a future expansion of Costco.
C. 17070 19th and College Site Plan (WerBell)
1905 West College Street. Site plan application proposing the demolition of an existing
single household dwelling and the subsequent construction of a 17,434-square foot
commercial office building on a 0.92-acre lot with related site improvements.
D. 17072 South Rows Site Plan (Owens)
540 Enterprise Blvd. Site Plan application for construction of nineteen (19) residential
structures with related site improvements across three currently vacant lots totaling
approximately 4.397 acres, with R-3 zoning. Proposed structures are a mix of two
household, three household, and four household totaling 59 dwelling units.
E. 17066 West Winds SW Subdivision Preapp (Saunders)
3270 Breeze Lane, 1553 Windward Avenue and 1345 Windward Avenue. Subdivision pre-
application for a major subdivision of 10.98 acres into 42 townhome lots, 32 residential
single and multi-household lots, and 1 common open space lot. Non-standard streets are
proposed. Zoning is R-3 within the West Winds PUD.
