ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2017-01
Interim City Manager
It is hereby ordered:
Whenever I am out of Gallatin County, Montana for more than twenty-four
(24) consecutive hours, or in case of emergency and I cannot be reached, I hereby
appoint the following individuals to act in my stead during my absence, in the order
listed below. If the individual listed in position number 1 is not available, than
responsibility rolls to the individual listed in position number 2, etc.
1. Chuck Winn, Assistant City Manager
2. Anna Rosenberry, Assistant City Manager
3. Public Works Director
4. Community Development Director
S. Police Chief
6. Fire Chief
This Administrative Order is effective immediately.
