Description and Justification for Change: Change Order No. 4 primarily deals with the removal of 7 AP -4 pumps from the LFG wells and exchanging them for smaller AP -3 pumps and installation of the AP -3 pumps. Some additional minor plumbing changes are also included in this change order. SURETY CONSENT The Surety hereby consents to the aforementioned Contract Change Order and agrees that its bond or bonds shall apply and extend to the Contract as thereby modified or amended perthis Change Order.
