Authorize the Deputy Mayor to Sign the Letter of Support for the Bozeman Cultural Council's Grant Application to the National Endowment for the Art's (NEA) "Art Works" Program for a Public Performance of the Story Mill Community Opera (Poissant) Consider the motion: I move to authorize the Deputy Mayor to sign the Letter of Support for the Bozeman Cultural Council's grant application to the National Endowment for the Art's "Art Works" Program for a public performance of the Story Mill Community Opera. F. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. Public Hearing on Protests for Special Improvement District (SID) Number 739 and Adoption of Resolution 4762, A Resolution to Create SID 739 for the Purpose of Undertaking Certain Local Improvements to East Olive Street between South Black and South Church Avenue, and South Church Avenue between East Babcock and East Olive Street and Financing the Costs Thereof (Gamradt) Consider the motion: After hearing all protests, and finding them to be insufficient under law to bar further proceedings, I hereby move to adopt Resolution 4762, Creating Special Improvement District Number 739 for the Purpose of Undertaking Certain Local Improvements to East Olive Street between South Black and South Church Avenue, and South Church Avenue between East Babcock and East Olive Street and Financing the Costs Thereof. 2. Resolution 4780, Amending the City's Annual Budget for Water Fund, Wastewater Fund, and Street Maintenance Fund Appropriations for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2017 to include the Purchase of Property at 801 North Rouse Avenue (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4780, Amending the City's Annual Budget for Water Fund, Wastewater Fund, and Street Maintenance Fund Appropriations for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2017 to include the Purchase of Property at 801 North Rouse Avenue. 3. Resolution 4773, Authorizing the Purchase of 801 North Rouse Avenue (Sullivan) Bozeman City Commission Meeting Agenda, February 27, 2017 Page 3 of 4 Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4773, Authorizing the City Manager and City Attorney to take all steps necessary to purchase real property located at 801 North Rouse Avenue. 4. Ordinance 1950 Provisional Adoption, Mobile Vending (Kukulski) Consider the motion: Having considered public testimony, I move to provisionally adopt Ordinance 1950. 5. Presentation and Discussion on the Unified Development Code Update, Article 5 - Project Design (Rogers) Consider the motion: No motion is required. Advertised as Action Item so that Commission may direct staff as necessary. 6. Appointment to the Bozeman Tree Advisory Board (BTAB) (Michalson) Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to an existing term expiring June 30, 2017 on the Bozeman Tree Advisory Board. 7. Appointments to the Economic Development Council (EDC) (Michalson) Consider the motion: I move to appoint one member to a vacant position with an existing term of February 1, 2018, one member to a vacant position with an existing term of February 1, 2019, and two members to positions with updated terms of February 1, 2020, on the Economic Development Council. 8. Appointments to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board (BABAB) (Michalson) Consider the motion: I move to appoint up to seven members to six vacant positions with updated terms expiring on December 31st, 2018, and one vacant position with an existing term of December 31, 2017, on the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board. 9.
