Message: I do not support the idea of Bozeman becoming a sanctuary city . As a nation of laws I
feel that everyone needs to abide by our laws . The federal , state and city govs. don't allow me to
choice which laws I obey and that should apply to everyone.We have ways to change laws and
until then we are expected to follow the existing laws or pay the fines or penalties imposed by
courts . Becoming this type of city allows people to break our laws with no penalties . There are
great numbers of people who have entered this country legally what would this say to them ? Did
they waste their time ? Since 1776 we have fought for and fought to protect our freedoms and
laws . Have those who have sacrificed done so in vain . We should welcome those who have
gone thru our legal process not reward those who don't .
