HomeMy WebLinkAbout1964-01-15 Bozeman, Montana January 15, 1964 The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, City Hall Building, Wednesday, January 15, 1964 at 1:00 o'clock p.m. Present were Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner I Langohr, City Manager Cutting, Ass't. City Manager Fryslie, Acting City Attorney M. J. O'Connell and the Clerk. Reverend John Geels of the Christian Reformed Church opened the meeting with a prayer and the following p~oceedings were had: Minutes of the last regular session were read and it was moved by Commis- sioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the minutes be approved as read and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Langohr and Commissioner Sedivy; those vo ting No, none. Resolution No. 1104 Authorization of Bonds SID No. 428 Resolution No. 1104 authorizing the issuance of bonds of Special Improve- ment District No. '428, was presented, entitled: COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1104 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZE~~N FIXING THE DATE, MATURITY DATE, AND PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS ISSUED IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 428 1 It was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the resolution be passed and adopted and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedi vy and Commissioner Langol1:r-; those voting No, none. Resolution No. 1105 Autorizatlon of Bonds SID No. 432 Resolution No. 1105 authorizing the issuance of bonds of Special Improve- ment District No. 432, was presented, entitled: COW~ISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1105 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING THE DATE, MATURITY DATE, AND PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS ISSUED IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WTMBER 432. It was moved by Commissioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the resolution be passed and adopted and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Langohr and Commissioner Sedivy; those voting No, none. Resolution No. 1106 Authorization of Bonds SID No. 433 I Resolution No. 1106 authorizing the issuance of bonds of Special Itrprove- ment District No. 433, was presented, entitLed: COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1106 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING THE DATE, MATlffiITY DATE, AND PRINCIPAL AMOTlliT OF BONDS ISmTED IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 433 ., It was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the resolution be passed and adopted and the motion Was carried by the 401 Fluoridation Building Inspector (Annual for 1..963) The 'Ci ty Manager comtr'.en ted on the reports and recommended their approval. Cemetery 1 402 following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy and Commissioner Langohr; those voting No, none. Reports The following reports were presented: It was moved by Commissioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the reports be approved and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the folLOW~ ing Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Langohr and Commissioner Sedivy; those voting No, none. Adjournment There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time it was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the meeting adjourn and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy and Commissioner Langohr; those voting No, none.
