The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the
Commission Room, City Hall Building, Wednesday, January 15, 1964 at 1:00
o'clock p.m. Present were Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner

Langohr, City Manager Cutting, Ass't. City Manager Fryslie, Acting City Attorney
M. J. O'Connell and the Clerk.
Reverend John Geels of the Christian Reformed Church opened the meeting
with a prayer and the following p~oceedings were had:
Minutes of the last regular session were read and it was moved by Commis-
sioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the minutes be approved
as read and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those
voting Aye being Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Langohr and Commissioner Sedivy;
those vo ting No, none.
Resolution No. 1104
Authorization of Bonds
SID No. 428
Resolution No. 1104 authorizing the issuance of bonds of Special Improve-
ment District No. '428, was presented, entitled:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZE~~N
FIXING THE DATE, MATURITY DATE, AND PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF

It was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr,
that the resolution be passed and adopted and the motion was carried by the
following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Morrow, Commissioner
Sedi vy and Commissioner Langol1:r-; those voting No, none.

Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Commission at this
time it was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr,
that the meeting adjourn and the motion was carried by the following Aye and
No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy and
Commissioner Langohr; those voting No, none.
