Message: In regards to the proposal to implement Bozeman as an illegal sanctuary city really
concerns me. I respect your right to put in place city ordinances that represent the Constitution of
Montana as they relate to the city of Bozeman. However, allowing illegal sanctuary cities within
our country will affect every American. Specifically speaking at this time, it will greatly affect
the city of Bozeman and its surrounding communities. No, I am not a resident of Bozeman or
even the State of Montana, but I do have family who are. So, I am speaking forth with great
concern as to how this will affect my family, my friends and myself if such a proposal is put into
place. I would like to ask you to take into consideration the voices of many who share my
concern when you debate the possibility of making Bozeman a sanctuary city. Thank you for
