Message: To the city council and commissioners. I listened to some of the testimony for those
who would like to see Bozeman as a sanctuary city. They said their parents or grandparents came
here as immigrants as though that somehow gives illegal immigrants the same right to stay here.
Well, isn't it true that all of us are here because of immigration through our grandparents or great
grandparents? The thing is most of us who have grandparents or great grandparents who
immigrated did it legally. It is ridiculous to let illegals have a safe haven anywhere in the US.
Breaking the law of this land is breaking the law.
