Message: City Commissioners, I appreciate you looking into Bozeman as a Sanctuary City.
However, I believe more research needs to be done on this before you vote. Also, I do not
believe 3 individuals can truly speak for what the people want in an issue of this magnitude.
Probably should make this a ballot issue. Please hold off on voting on this issue. I believe there
are a lot of factors that have not been taken into consideration and more time to do the due
diligence is much needed. I am a concerned citizen on this issue. I know my single voice only
make a small impact but for the better of this community I will ask again to delay this issue until
more research is done. And this should be a ballot issue not just 3 individuals that listen to a
group that shows up at the meetings. Thank you, Matt MacDonald
