Message: Mayor- As a prior law enforcement officer and housing advocate, Bozeman can not
sustain the cost & influx of illegal immigrants in our community. We already have lots of
newcomers relocating to Bozeman without enough affordable housing. In addition, our law
enforcement officers would experience a significant rise in crime. I do not believe that our city
and community should be thwarting federal immigration laws. Instead, our focus should be on
building up our infrastructure, bringing better paying jobs to our residents & providing
affordable housing to those people who are already here. Respectfully, D. McMartin
