Message: Please say no to making Bozeman a sanctuary city. There is a legal method to
becoming a citizen, and my parents had a sponcer and a program to follow in order to legally
immigrate from Holland and become citizens of the US when they came in the 1950's. It wasn't
easy, but it followed the law. Doing this sanctuary city program is thumbing a nose at any
immigrants who actually follow the program, costs money and burdens our social services, and
impacts jobs that are already scarse. Don't jump on a band wagon of disruption. Concentrate on
core issues please.
