Dear Andy:
I have reviewed the Easement Agreement(eve easement)recorded as Doc. No. 2494829
which encumbers Tract A of Amended Subdivision Plat_, which is a tract of land that is
described within warranty deed Doc. No. 2554525 and warranty deed Doc. No. 2557057 all
shown on Plat D-36 known as the Dawes Subdivision of the City of Bozeman, located in the SW
1/4 of Section 7, Township 2 South, Range 6 East, PMM, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County
Montana.
The eve easement does not conflict with the utility easements on the perimeter of the
Black Olive property described in the paragraph above.
