I am writing to urge you to consider the scale and design of projects being proposed to be built
next to historic districts, such as the SoBo Lofts - Pizza Hut Project. Please require the project
to be visually transitional in height, scale, and aesthetically compatible with the Cooper Park
Historic District. The proposed project is too large, too high, and would add too many cars to
the already busy Babcock Street.
