The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room,
City Hall Building, Wednesday, August 14, 1963 at 1:00 o'clock p.m. Present were Mayor
Staudaher, Commissioner Sedivy, City Manager Cutting, Acting City Attorney Angel and
I
the Clerk.
The following proceedings were had:
Minutes of the last regular session were read and it was moved by Commissioner Sedivy
seconded by Mayor Staudaher, that the minutes as read be approved and the motion was
carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Staudaher, Comm-
issioner Sedivy, those voting No, none.
Jud~es & Clerks for City Primary and General Elections. 1963
The Clerk of the Commission reported that the Commission's appointment of Judges
J-
and Clerks to serve on the election boards for the City Primary and General Elections
to be held for the year, (1963), should be a matter of business. It waemoved by Mayor ,-
Staudaher, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the Clerk of the Commission be directed
to prepare a proposed list of the above to be submitted at the next regular meeting of
the Commission. The motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting
Aye being Mayor Staudaher, and Commissioner Sedivy, those voting No, none.
Rural Fire Calls
The City Manager and Asa't. Fire Chief Huber reported that the City's policy of

answering fire calls received from "rural" areas is steadily becoming a greater pztbblem.
Further discussion and Commission action on the matter was tabled until the next meeting.
Ad.1ournment --
There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was
moved by Commissioner Sedivy. seconded by Bayor Staudaher that the meeting adjourn.
The motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor
Staudaher, and commissioner Sedivy, those voting No, none.
