• Required inspection by the City/County Health
Department (for food service)

• Main Street from Church west to Grand prohibited from
10:00am to 9:00pm

Operational Guidelines:
• Must comply with parking regulations
• Must comply with nuisance and noise requirements
• Mobile vending on sidewalks in the downtown area must
obtain an encroachment permit
• Serving window may not be located in front of bike racks,
light posts, artwork, etc.
• May not operate in front of location with exclusive use
permits
• All sales must be made towards sidewalks (not parking lane
or streets)
• Mobile vending unit may not have tables, chairs or signage
on sidewalks

Operational Guidelines:
• Mobile vending unit must be no longer than 36ft in length
• Awnings must be supported by the vehicle — not the ground.
• Must have a trash receptacle attached to the exterior of the
unit
• All lighting must comply with the City's lighting standards
• Signage must not extend above the unit
• Utilities must be self-contained
• Generator rating and exhaust requirements

Mobile Vending: Fee Structure
• $25 General Business License Fee
• $225 Mobile Vending fee for additional inspections
• $250 for operating downtown to maintain the high-
quality physical environment and contribute towards
upkeep and maintenance operations
